How do I sign up for a LIONYX account?
You can create an account by clicking the "JOIN THE PRIDE" button at the bottom of our site. Creating an account allows you to:
- Track orders
- Save your shipping information for faster checkout
- Earn and redeem CROWN POINTS as a member of our rewards program
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, you'll need an account to participate in our rewards program and earn points on orders.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Currently, LIONYX is exclusively available online. Join our newsletter and follow us on social media for updates on pop-ups, events, and future retail plans.
Do you restock sold out products?
Some shades are part of our permanent collection and will be restocked as soon as possible. Others may become EXTINCT. If a product is returning, you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. What's in your nail lacquer?
All of our lacquers are 10-free, vegan, made in the USA, and ethically created. Our quick-drying formula is designed for rich color and smooth application. A full ingredient list is available on each individual product page.
What does 10-free mean?
"10-free" means our lacquers are formulated without ten of the most commonly questioned ingredients traditionally found in nail polish: Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), Parabens, and Animal-Derived Ingredients. We’re proud to offer a cleaner, more conscious formula. For full ingredient transparency, please refer to each individual product page.
Is your lacquer gel?
No, LIONYX lacquers are traditional nail polishes - no UV or LED lamp required. Our formula delivers long-lasting wear, high impact color, and smooth application without curing lights.
Are LIONYX lacquers vegan/cruelty free?
All LIONYX lacquers are cruelty-free and 100% vegan. We never test on animals – because beauty should never come at their expense.
Where are your products made?
Our products are 100% made in the USA.
How long are your lacquers good for?
Most of our lacquers have a 24-month shelf life when stored properly. To maximize shelf life, lacquers should be stored in a cool, dry place. Due to their unique formulation, thermal lacquers have a 12-month shelf life, as the temperature-reactive pigment naturally loses strength over time.
How should I store my lacquer?
Store lacquers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep bottles upright and tightly closed. Shake the bottle lightly before use to fully disperse pigments.
How can I extend my manicure?
For best results, start with clean, dry nails. Apply a base coat to protect your nails and prevent staining. We recommend BASE INSTINCT as the ultimate grippy base coat or SMOOTH OPERATOR, our ridge-filling base coat, to create an ultra-smooth surface before color application.
After the base coat dries, apply 2-3 thin coats of lacquer, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. We generally recommend two coats for full opacity, but check individual product pages for shade-specific application tips.
Finish with a top coat to lock everything in. We recommend GLOSS BOSS for long-lasting, high-shine protection, or MATTE BRAT for a fast-drying matte finish that instantly transforms your manicure.
Why does my lacquer look slightly different in person?
We do our best to accurately represent colors, but variations in lighting and screen settings may cause shades to appear slightly different in person.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (excluding Puerto Rico at this time).

How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information. Please allow additional processing time during major launches and holiday seasons.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please carefully review your cart, shipping address, and payment information before completing checkout.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry about that! Please email hello@lionyxlacquer.com within 15 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll review and try to make it right as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@lionyxlacquer.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help as best we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and LIONYX gift cards. We do not accept third-party gift cards.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Digital gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website. They are delivered via email and can be forwarded to the recipient. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

What is the LIONYX PRIDE program?
The LIONYX PRIDE program rewards you for shopping with us. Members earn points for purchases and other activities, which can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive perks. You can create an account by clicking the "JOIN THE PRIDE" button at the bottom of our website.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases, following us on social media, celebrating your birthday, and reviewing our products. Full details are available on our REWARDS page.
How can I check my points balance?
Log into your account and visit your rewards dashboard to see your points balance and available rewards.
Do I need an account to participate?
Yes - you must create a LIONYX account to earn and redeem points.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at once?
Yes, but there are a few things to keep in mind. You can redeem as many PRIDE PICK lacquers as you'd like in a single order, as long as you have enough points and there are enough lacquers remaining in stock.
If you're redeeming a reward for money off your order, it must be used on its own. Money-off rewards cannot be combined with PRIDE PICK lacquers, and multiple money-off rewards cannot be used in the same order.
