APPLICATION: Two coats for smooth coverage and a clean thermal transition between shades. For best results, start with SMOOTH OPERATOR to level the surface, then BASE INSTINCT to set the stage. Seal it in with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT and let it do its thing.
STORAGE: Keep upright in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. She likes a little attention before showing off.
