APPLICATION: We recommend 1-2 coats. For best results, start with SMOOTH OPERATOR to level the surface, then BASE INSTINCT to set the stage. Seal it in with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT for a manicure that doesn’t quit.

STORAGE: Keep upright in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. She likes a little attention before showing off.
