APPLICATION: Two coats. That’s the shift. For best results, start with SMOOTH OPERATOR to level the surface, then BASE INSTINCT to set the stage. Seal it in with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT for a manicure that doesn’t quit.
STORAGE: Keep upright in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. She likes a little attention before showing off.
