HOW IT WORKS: For the brightest glow, expose your manicure to sunlight or a bright light source before heading into the dark. The more light it absorbs, the brighter the glow.
APPLICATION: We recommend 2-3 coats. For best results, layer it over SMOOTH OPERATOR or BASE INSTINCT, then finish with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT for a manicure that doesn’t quit.
STORAGE: Keep upright in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. She likes a little attention before showing off.
