HIDDEN AGENDA is a thermal holographic that shifts from a rich violet when cold to a muted grey as it warms, flashing a rainbow spectrum as it changes. Polished on the surface, unreadable underneath.

APPLICATION: Two coats. That’s where the holo shows off. For best results, start with SMOOTH OPERATOR to level the surface, then BASE INSTINCT to set the stage. Seal it in with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT for a manicure that doesn't quit.
STORAGE: Keep upright in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. She likes a little attention before showing off.
