HIDDEN AGENDA is a thermal holographic that shifts from a rich violet when cold to a muted grey as it warms, flashing a rainbow spectrum as it changes. Polished on the surface, unreadable underneath.

APPLICATION: We recommend 2-3 coats. For best results, start with SMOOTH OPERATOR to level the surface, then BASE INSTINCT to set the stage. Seal it in with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT for a manicure that doesn't quit.
STORAGE: Keep upright in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. She likes a little attention before showing off.
