APPLICATION: Two coats is the move. One if you’re just flirting. For best results, start with SMOOTH OPERATOR to level the surface, then BASE INSTINCT to set the stage. Seal it in with GLOSS BOSS or MATTE BRAT for a manicure that doesn’t quit.
